Modern Day Disciples – Jesus laid the foundation of our Christian faith by leading a small group of disciples deeper in prayer, study and conversation in the ways of the kingdom or reign of God. In order to “strengthen the core” of Christ the King, I am seeking to also guide a small group of modern day disciples deeper in the walk of faith. This will be a “high commitment” discipleship group which means the once a week gathers must be a priority in your life and schedule. We will spend such times experiencing different forms of prayer and devotion, reading God's Word and discussing the Lutheran confessions and other Christian writings.
